WITNESSETH, That if the said parties of the second part
shall first m~ke the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their ?art to be made and performed, the san parties
of the first'par~ hereby covenart and agree to convey and~sure
to the said parties of the cecond part, their hars, executors,
administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances

inn ing;
Same beir.g otherwise described as Lots 65 and 66
of an unrecorded plat of a subdivision of Et of
NWt; st of swt of NWt; Nt of NEi of swt and Nt
of NWt of swt in Section 13, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, containing one (1) acre, more
or less.
<tnd the sa ii part ies of the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the saij parties of the first part the sum of Three
lhousand Five Hundred and no one-hundreds ($3,500.00) Dollars,
in the mailner following:
$50.00 Deposit, receipt of which is hereby ack-.~JW-
ledged, and the balance in the sum of $3,450.00,
payable monthly at the rate of $25.00 per month on
the first day of each and every month, with first
payment due on January 1, 1960. The ~a1ance due
hereunder will be due and payable on January 1,
1962, with interest at the rate of 6% per annlw,
included in monthly payments on the whole sum
remaining from time to time unpaid;
and to pay all taxes, assessments or impositions that may be
legally levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to the year
