in case of failure of the said parties of the second part to make
any of the payments or any part thereof, or to perform any of the

forfeited and terminated, and the parties of the second part shall
forfeit all p~yments made by them on this contract, and such
payments shall be retained by ~he said parties of th~ first part
in full satisfaction and liquidation of all damages by them sus-
tained, and the said parties of the first part shall have the
right to re-enter and take possession of tne premise~

without being liable to any action therefor.
IT IS MUTUAL!.Y AGREED, by and between the part ies hereto,
that the time of each payment shall be an essential part of this
contract~ and that all covenants and agreements herein contained
shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns of the respective parties.
IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED, by and between the parties
hereto, that this contract is made and entered into to correct an
Agreement For Deed, made and entered into between the parties hereto
on the 1st day of December, 1959, pertaining to the same real prop-
erty, recorded in Deed Book 254, pa~es 518-519, of the pub1i..
records of st. Lucie County, Florida, and that, upon the execution
of this Contract (Agreement For Deed), said Agreement For Deed,
deted December 1, 1959, shall be voided and cancelled and shall be
of no further force and effect.
