THIS IS A FIRST MORTGAGE as to all of the above-described property,
with the exception of the Two (2) parcels her~inarter de8crib~d,
to-wit:

PARCEL NO. 1 The West 50 feet of the South 70 feet otlaovernment
LOt q., Sect.ion 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East lying kat of
Second Street 1n the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
PARCEL NO.2. That portion of the South 150 feet of that part of
OOvernment Lot 4, Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, Ea~t
of S~cond Street in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, which lies (
North of the North edge of the 2-story frame residence.
The Mortgagees, their heirs, repreaentatives and assigns hereby
covenant and agree as follows:
(1) That the Mortgagees, in the event of derault and foreclosure,
shall only look to the land and ~mproveme~t8 thereon ~s se~urity
for the mortgage indebtedness, thus eliminating any personal lia-
bility on ~he, ~rt of the Mortgagor herein.
(2) That the Mortgagor, his legal representatives, heirs or assigns
may at any time replace any of the furnishings, fixtures and equip-
ment located on the premises without said removal and/or replace-
ment constituting a breach of this Mortgage.
(3) Not withstanding the insurance olause as aet forth on page 3
hereof, in the event of an insured 108S, up to and inoluding
$5,000.00 shall be paya.ble to the llIortgagor for da.ma.se repair and/or
replaoe.ent upon the Mort&&&or'a subm1ttins to the Mortgagees
receipted statementa attesting to the expenditure tor the above said
repairs and/or replaoements.
