GEORGE HOROWiTZ who, upon first being duly sworn, diu depose and
say that he is the owner in fee simple of real prope>:'t) situate in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
The West 50 feet of the South 70 feet of that
part of Government Lot -1 of Section 10, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East whic:h lies East
of South Second Street in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
and that the real property as above described is the identical property
which :.his affiant mortgaged to First Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
tion of Fort Pierce to sec~re an indebtedness of $8, 900.00 by instrument
dated February 24, 1961 and reco_rded i:1 Official Record Book 4, at
page 501 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
