PRO..JlDED ALWAYS, That if said Mortgagor_, .~k heirs, legal representa-
tives or assigns, shall pay to the said Hortgagee_, legal representatives or
assigns, a certuin pro~issory ~ote, a copy of ~lich is on the reverse side hereof,
and shall perfcrm and comply with each and every stipulatior., agreement and covenant
of said note and of this lfurtgage, then this furtgage and the estate hereby created
shall be void, otherwise the same shall remajn in full force and virtue. And the
said Mo~tgagor covenant___ to pay the interest and principal promptly when due; to
pay the taxes and assessments on said property; to carry insurance against fire on
the building_ on said land for not less than $ 525.00 , approved by the
V.ortgagee___, with standard mortgage loss clause piyable to lfurtgagee_, the fX)licy
