That if the said pa~ties of the second p&rt shall f~rst
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to cODvey and assure to
the said parties of the secJnd part, their heirs, executors,
administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encum-
brances, by a good and sufficient Deed, the lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate in tLe County of St. Lucie, st&.te of
Florida, known and described as follows:
The North 45 feet of Lot 12 and the South
30 feet of Lot 11, Block 3, BLAKE~ SUBDI-
VISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10, pag6 50 of the public records of
St~ Lucie County, Florida,

and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and
agree to pay to the part~es of the first part the sum of
NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS ($9,402.OO), with
interest from date at the r~te of SEVEN PERCENT (7~) per
annum, as follows:
NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-T~O DOLLARS ($952.00)
upon the signing of this Agreement, the
receipt whereof 1s hereby acknowledged; and
SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS (~15.00) per month on
the 20th day of each month thereafter, be-
ginning December 20, 1959, until the whole
be fully paid.
Each installment shall first be applied on
the payment of interest and then on the un-
paid balance of the principal Sli!'l.
