Said parties of the secon~ part hereby covenant and agree to
pay all taxes~ assessments or impositions that may be legally

levied or imposed on said land subsequent to the year 1959.
Second parties further agree to keep the buildings, now or here-
after on said land fully Insc~ed in a 3um not less than $7i500.00
in a company cr companies acceptable to first parties, the
policy or policies to be held by and payable to the first ~
parties, and in the event any sum of money becomes payable
by virt~e of said insurance, ~he first parties shall have

Second parties also agree to pay all costs, charges and

psrties fail to pay, when due, any taxes, &ssessmonts,

insurance premiums or other sums of money payable by virtue of
this Agreement, first parties may pay the same without waiving
or'affecting their option to fo~eclose this Agreellient, and
all such payments shall bear interest from date thereof at
the highest lawful rete then allowed by the Laws of the State
of Florida.
If any sum of money herein referred to be not promptly
paid within FIFTEEN (IS) days next after the same becomes
