RAY LaIN, who resides in st. Lucie, st. Lucie County, Florida,
being duly sworn, says that in pursuance of a verbal contract with
Terry & Stebbins, Architects, the agents for The Litwin company,
the Lessee of the unfinished store building located on the north-

west corner of the intersection of Orange Avenue and North second
street in Fort pierce, Plorida, he fllrnished labor, services and
materials for the construction and remodeling of the said unfinish d
store building: that for the construction and remodeling of the
said unfinished store building there was a contract price agreed
upon in the sum of Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-nine
Dollars ($14,749.00): that the construction and remodeling o~ the
said unfinished store building was commenced by Affiant on or
about september 26, 1960, pursuant to plans and specifications
prepared by Terry & stebbins, Architects: that thereafter, on or
about october 19, 1960, Terry & stebbinSr Architects fo~ The
Lit_win Company, halted or stopped the con6tnl.:.;t~,,;l W1.U ...emodeling
of the said unfinished store building under the or1~inal contrac~
price of $14,749.00, and that on october 28, 1960 revised plans
and specifications were submitted materially altering the con-
struction and remodeling of t.he said unfinished store lJuilding I
and that for extras iuvolved in the construction and remodeling
of the said unfinished store building pursuant to the revised
