That if the said parties of the second part shall fir~t
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be tnade and performed. the said parti~-of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and a~sure to
the said parties of th~ second part, their heirs, axecutor5. ad-
ministrato~s or a~signs. in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances,
by a good and sufficient Deed. the lot. piece or parcel of land,
situate in the county of St. Lucie, state of Florida. known and
described as follows:
3eginning 450 feet We~t of the Southeast Corner
of the hc~ of the ~ of Section 4, Township 35.
Range 40 East, run West 50 feet. North 100 feet
East 50 feet, South 100 feet to the point of
beginning.
3nd the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the party of the first part the sume of Three Thousand
Five Hundred and no/lOO Dollars ($3,500.00), with interest from
date at the rate of Eight Percent (8%) per annum. as follows:
Three Hundred and No. 100 Dollars(S300.00) upon the
signing of this Agreement and receipt whereof 1s
hereby acknowledged.
Fifty Dollars ($ 50.00 ) per month on the 27th day
of eacn month thereafter, beginning March 27, 1961,
until the whole be fully paid.
E~ch installment shall fir~t be applied on the
payment of interest. ~nd then on the unpaid balance
of the principal sum.
