AN ORDINANCE REZONING ~S 2 AND j, BLOCK 5, OF
CRAMER I S ADDI'l'ION TO FORT PI ERCE, AS PER PLAT
THEREOF ON FILE IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 10, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:
Section 1. From and after the eff~'cti ve date of
this ordinance, that certain land described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, of Cramer's Addition to
Fort Pierce, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 2, Page 10, of the public records of St.
Lucie County. Florida
shall be and the same is hereby rezoned so that the same shall be
rezoned for "B_l" purposes only.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be and become effective
immediately upon final passage.

above Ordinance No. E-87 was duly introduced, read and passed on first
reading by t:tt1e only by the City COmr.11ssion of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida un November 21, 1960, copies were posted on November 22, 1960
at the City Hall and Municipal Court Room in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida and was duly read and passed on second and final reading by
title only on November 28, 1960 by the City Commission of the City of
Fort Pierce, Flo~ida.
