TEMPORARY EASEMENT
In consideration of the general and special benefits as a result of
the proposed widening and deepening of Header Canal, and the iD.staliation
of a pumping station at the southerly terminus thereof, permission i8"
hereby granted to NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, its
successors or assigns, or to contractors working for the North St. Lucie
Rhre. Drainage District, its succeS30rs and assig!1s, to use the lands owned
by the undersigned and hereinafter described for the deposit, storage and
removal of dredged or excavated material and the operation of all necessary
equipment and vehicles incident thereto, said land being situated in the
State of Florida, County of St. Lucie and described as follows:
That part of the SEt of the NEt of Section 14, Township
36 South, Range 38 East described as follows:
From a point on the North right of way line of
North St, Lucie River Drainage District Canal
No. 79 which point is 75 feet Wert and 47 feet
North of the East One Quarter corner of Section
14; thence run West along said north canal right
of waj line of Canal 79 a distance of 50 feet;
thence run northerly to a point which is 738.2
feet North and 110 feet West of said East One
Quarter corner of said Section 14; thence run
East a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence
run southerly t~ point of beginning.
In further consideration of the within grant of temporary easement,
it is understood and agreed as follows:
1. All material excavated from that part of ~eader Canal adja-
cent to the temporary easement herein grante1 and deposited on the within-
described landa .han be the property ot grantors.
