RIGHT OF WAY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this Jf 71.. day of March, A. D, 1961,'-
between J. THOMAS GURNEY and BLANCHE GURNEY, his wife, parties
of the first part, and NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a
quasi-munir:ipal corporation, party of the second part,

WITNESSETH: . That the said parties of the first part, for and

in consi.deration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable con-
sideratians to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the r..;-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold,
tind by these presents do grant, bargain, and sell to the said party of the
Eecond part, its successors and assigns: a right of way and easement over,
upon and across the following described land, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the SEt of the NEt of Section 14, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 38 East, described as follows:
From a point which is 47 feet North and 55 feet
West of the East One Quarter corner of said
Section 14 (which p'Jint is the present intersection
of the West right of way line of Header Canal and
the North right of way line of Canal No. 79);
thence run West, along the North right 0: way line
of Canal No, 79 a distance of 20 feet; thence run
NOI therly to a point which measures 65 feet West
and 738. 2 feet North of said East One Quarter
corner of said Section 14; thence run East 10 feet
to the West right of way line of Header Canal;
thence run South, along the existing right of way
line of Header Canal to the point of beginning.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party
of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, a
right of way and easement in and to Raid lands for canal and pumping station
