WILLIAM L. YOLK and CLARA VOLK, his wife, herieiiiafler -
called the Optionors, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars received from JOHN L. YOLK, hel~inafter called the Optionee,
hereby on this 22nd day of February, 1961, give to the Optionee ~~d
to his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns th~ privilege of
purchasing the parcel ~f land hereinafter described with the time
hereinafter stated for the purchase price of Fifteen Thousand
($13,000.00) Dollars said parcel being described as follows:

property:
Begin~ing at a point 260 feet North of the'
Southwest Corner of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter, Section 4, To~~ship
36 South, Range 40 East thence run North 800
fp-et thence run East to the Saint Lucie River
thenc~ run southerly along said river to a
point East of the point of beginning thence
run West to the point of beginning lyiL~ and
being in Saint Lucie County, Florida, and it
is understood and agreed that:
1. That the mortgage executed this data by the Optionors
payable to the Optionee shall apply against the purchase price of
this Option.
2. This Option may be exercised by the Optionee within such
period of time that the m.crtg'lge no.w held by First Federal Savings
And Loan Association of Martin County has been reduced to ~n ~ount
that will release the parcel covered by this Option or upon the rp.-
financing of said first mortgage excluding the parcel covered by
this Option.
The remainder of the purchase price over and abov~ the
mortgage executed this date hereinabove referred to shall be paid
in cash at time of closing.
3. ~\is Option shall expire upon the payment in full of.
the second mortgage in the amount oe Nine Thousand Five Hundre1
($9,500.00) Dollars execut~d by the Optionors and payable to the
