made in the payment of the rent as aforesaid, or if the said Lessee
shall violate any of the covenanta of this Lease, then said Lessee
shall become tenant at sufferance, hereby waiving all right of
notice, and ~~e Lessors shall be entitled immediately to reenter
and retake possession of the demised premises.
IT IS AGREED that the Lessors specifically grant to the Lessee,
as part of the consideration for the execution of this Lea~ an
optioi1 to purchase the above dE:scribed property at any t1 me dt~=ing
the existence of this Lease for the sum of Nineteen Thcusand Dollars
($19,OOO.OO) said sum shall include any mortgages or contracts
to purchase that the Lessors may have on the property at the time
said option might be exerc1sed. The Lessors further agree to
execute any deeds, assignment of contract or whatever inst~~ments
may be necessary to consurmnate the option contained in this para'.
graph. The parties shall also pro rate taxes and insurance at ~~e
time of the closing in the event said option is exercised by said
Lessee.
