SUBJECT to a certain indenture of mortgage dated February 23, 1960)
given by Arthur L. Lee and Vivadean S. Lee, his wife, and Peter
F. Guettler and Faye Ann Guettler, his wife, to Beatrice F. Mac-
Kenzie, a single woman, to secure pa~oent of a certain
promissory note in the amount of $60,000.00, with interest at

Florida, which said mortgage the grantees hereunder assume
and agree to pay.
