This disclaimer is given to correct the Warranty Deed
from St. Lucie River Land Company, a Florida corporation,
to General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation
authorized to transact business in Florida. dated July 30,

1960, and recorded in Deed Book 260 at page 600 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by which deed
the foregoing properties were erroneously eonveyed by St. Lucie
River Land Company to General Development Corporation.
In witness whereof GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C<.JRPORA-
TION has caused this Di5claimer to be signed in as name by its
President and attested by its Secretary and its corporate seal to
be affixed, the day and yaar first above written.
