wtIEREAS, the st. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,

to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, that the

WHEREAS, said Board of County CQmmissioners h~ld a public hear-
ing on said recommendations on the 16th day of March, 1961, after
first publishing a notice of said hearings in the Fort Pierce N~ws
Tribune on the 28th day of February, 1961, said date being at least
fifteen days prior to the date of said hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 16th day of
March, 1961, as follows:
(1) That the zoning of the following described property, to-
wit: North 125 feet of South 158 feet of West 369 feet
of East 504 feet of the SWt of the NWt, Section 30,
Township 35 South, Range 40 Easti St. Lucie County,
Florida,
be, and the same is hereby changed from R-1C to C-l.
(2) That the zoning of the following described property, to-
wit: North 3/4 of West 1/2 of >>Wi of Section 181 Township
3S South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
be, and the same ia hereby changed from R-lC to A-l.
(3) That the zoning of the followinq described property, to-
wit: All of River Gate Estates Subdivision, in Section 21.
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 66 of the public recorda of st. Lucie
