WHEREAS, SARAH F. H. BAXTER, late of Cumberland County, New
Jersey, deceased, in her lifetime, made and executed her Last
Will and Testament, which Wil~ was thereafter, and on November 20,
1958, duly proved and admitted to probate in and by the surrogate's
COJut in and for Cumberland County, New Jersey, whereby, among
other things, she constituted and appc.inted her children, JAMES M.
B,AX'1'D, JOHN L.. BAXTER, ELIJm M. YOUNG and MARY B. CARLIN, Execu tors
of her Last Will and Testament, and did thereby empower said Execu-
tors to sell and dispose of the real and personal property of which
Testatrix died seized and possessed at private sale, for such price
and on s\!ch terms as they may deem fit and proper, and to make,
execute and deliver to the purchaser thereof a good and sufficient
deed of conveyance therefur; and
