Lucie County, Florida8 and whose post office addresses are 631 South 12th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second part, WIT N E SSE T H : WHEREAS, SARAH F. H. BAXTER, late of Cumberland County, New Jersey, deceased, in her lifetime, made and executed her Last Will and Testament, which Wil~ was thereafter, and on November 20, 1958, duly proved and admitted to probate in and by the surrogate's COJut in and for Cumberland County, New Jersey, whereby, among other things, she constituted and appc.inted her children, JAMES M.
