executors, heirs and administrators, do hereby covenant, promise

legal representatives and assigna, that they are lawfully the 8ur-

viving Ancillary Executors of the Last Will and TehtaDlent of said
SARAH F. H. BAXTSR, deceased, and have power to convey as aforesaid,
and have in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, in pur-
suance of the authority granted in and by the said Last Will and
Testamenti and that they have not made, done, or suffered, any act,
matter or thing whatsoeve~ since they were Ancillary Executors
as aforesaid whereby the above-granted real and persor-a.l property,
or the title thereto, or any part thereof, now is, or at any time
hereafter shall or may be chaJ.:'ged or lncumbered in any manner
whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have here~nto
