remi3es, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,

from said point of beginning continue Southerly

thence with an angle from North to East of 90 de-
grees 52 minutes 15 seconds run Easterly a
distance of 251.05 feet to a point on the West
R/W line of u.s. Highway No.1; thence with an
angle from West to North of 71 degrees 13 minutes
30 seconds run Northwesterly along said West R/W
line a distance of 249.13 feet; thence with an
angle fr.om South to West of 108 degrees 46 minutes
