County of Weatchester and State of New York, parties of the first
par.t, and ARNOLD ENTERPRISES, INC., a corporation existing under
the lawn of the State of Florida with permanent post office address
at P. O. Box 231, Fort Pierce, County of St, Lucie and State of
Florida, party of the aecond part,
WITNESSETH, that the eaid parties of the first part, for and
in consiueration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, to them in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
