reserve unto itself in said subdivision plata oertain strips ot
land to be used as easements for dralnage purposesJ and
'RHERE..4.S, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT IN'lBS10RS PLANS, IWO. Is
now desirous of releasing portions of said drainage easeaenta.
NOW, THEREFORE, for value reoeived, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
TNVESTORS PLANS, INC. does hereby release, relinquish and quit-
claim foraver all of its right, title and interest in an~'to the
fOJ.lowing described portions of the drainage ea&ements heretofore
by it reserved in st. Luoie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North five (5) feet of the twenty (20) foot
easement along the South line of Lot 18, Block
15, South Port St. Lucie Unit Three, as record-
ed in Plat Book 12, page 4, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF GENERAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTORS PLANS,
INC. has caused these presents to be signed in its name by its
authorized officer and its corporate seal to be affixad this ~
