therefrom a strip of land running East and West across

South, Range 38 East, as described in a conveyance
(Warranty Deed) to Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control District, Canal C 23, as shown by Deed recorded
in Deed Book 165, page 361, St. Lucie County, Plorida,
~ublic Records, affecting the aforesaid Sections 33 and 34
in Township 31 South, Range 38 East, but including the
lands reconveyed by Quitclaim Deed from Central and
Southern Plor1da Plood Control District as in Deed Bock
229, page 19, St. Luoie County, Flo~ida, Public Records.
