The first party hereby acknowledges receipt of THIRTY ,'/ DOLLARS ($30.00) as a deposit toward the purchase of the below described property.. The balance of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS ($7,270.00) witll interest from date at the rate of Six per cent (6%) per annum, will be paid at the rate of Sixty-five Dollars ($65.00) per month, the first paymen~ being due November 1, 1960; each payment will flrst be applied in payment of the intere~t and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. The monthly payments will continue "until the total principal sum of $7r270.00 is fully paid. Upon the completion of the above des- cribed conditions, the first party will deliver the deed and abstract as stated above to: Lo~s 15 and 16, Block 10, COLLINS PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in plat BoOK 5, at page 37, of the public records of st. Lucie County, Florida. The privilege is hereby granted to prepay at any time. The second party further agrees to pay all assessments and taxes: including all 1960 taxes, which may be levied against the above described property and also keep in force fire and windstorm and extended coverage insurance in an amount that will protect first
