PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, ISUND SHORES, INC., by Inc)~llture of ~1ortgage
bearing date the 29th day of January A. D. 1957, and recorded in

the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Mortgage Book 136, at page 96, grante0 and con-
veyed unto HENRY S. MORGAN, et ux, e~ aI, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of an indebt~dness
therein described.
AND, WHEREAS, the said ISLAUD SHOnES, INC., requested
the said Mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mor~gaged premises, from the lien and operation
of said mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE: That the sald HENRY S. MORGAN
arid BESSIE L. M0RGAN, his wife, J. R. ERRETI' and MARY H. ERRETT,
his wife; JAMES L. McILVAINE and LILLIAN S. McILVAI}ffi, his wife;
and HERMJd F. BOYER and LEONA M. BOYER, his wife, as well as in
consideration of the premises as of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable conSiderations to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, quitclaim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto the
said ISLAND SHORES, INC., its Successors and assigns, all that piece,
parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
the said Mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, THUMB POINT, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 10, at page 79, of the
public records of st. Luc~e County, Florida.
TO HAv~ AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances
unto the said ISLAND SHORES, INC., its Successors and assigns, forever
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien cf said Mort-
gage, and every part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless that
nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
