Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 99 of
WHITE CITY, in Section 5, Township 36'South,
Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, at page 23 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run South 480 feet
to a point; thence turn and run East 261.75
feet for point of beginning; from said point of
beginning continue East 92.75 feet to a point;
thence turn and run North 132 feet to a point;
thence turn and run West 92.75 feet to a point;
thence turn and rQ~ South 132 feet to the point
of beginning; said land being otherwise described
as Lot 25 of an unrecordqd plat of MIDWAY GROVE
SUBDIVISION, said subdivision lying in and being
a part of Lots 98 and 99 of said WHITE CITY.
