Pierce, F1orida,/as Co-Executors of the Estate of JULIA T. GALLT,
Deceased, Parties of the First Part, and WILLIAM T. GALLT, whose
mailing address is 710 Nearing Circle, Geneva, Ohio, Party of
the Second Part,

THAT, WHEREAS, the County Judge of st. Lucie County,
Florida, on the 21st Jay of March, 1961, among other th~ngs,
ordered that the Parties of the First Part transfer all of the
assets of the Estate of JULIA T. GALLT, Deceased, to Party of
the Second Part I
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITt--I"ESSETH: That the
said WILLIAM T. GALLT and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Co-Executors of the Estate of JULIA T. GALLT,
Deceased, in order to carry into effect the Order above-mentioned, .
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other considerations
paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt ....hereof ).3
hereby aoknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents do grant" bargain, sell, alien, release, con'ley
