Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the point where the South line of
Lot 16 of SUbdivision of Fee property, a~ re-
corded in Plat Book 4, at page 1~4, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, intersects
with the West right-of-way line of Indian River
Drive; run thence West along the South line of
said r~t 16, 315 feet to a point; thence turn
and run North 10 feet to a point; thence turn
and run East parallel to the South line of sa1d
Lot 16 to the West r1ght-of-way 11ne of Ind1an
R1ver Dr1ve (State Road 707); thence turn and
run Southeasterly along the sa1d West r1ght-of-
way line of Indlan R1ver Dr1ve to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a life estate in the above-
described property in JENNIE E. BROWN, crested
by Item VIII of the Last Will and Testament of
JULIA T. GALLT, dated November 30, 1956, which
Will has been duly admitted to ProLate, in the
County Judge's Court of St. Luc1e County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, the above-descr1bed and
hereby granted premises, with the appurtenances unto the said
Party of the Second Part, and to his heirs and assigns, to his
own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
