of mcney advanced by Mortgagee pursuant to this mortgage, together with 'interest
on each such advancement at the rate of 6i% per annum, and all such sums and
lnt~rest thereon shall be secured hereby if made by Mortgagee for the account of
Mortgagor because of Mortgagor IS default.
