THIS INDENTUR.B, Hade thh the 8th day of February , A. D., 1961,
by and between ST. LUCII COUNTY, a political subdivision or the State of Florid
of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the grantor, and CIKTIAL AND
SOUTHlDlN FLORIDA FLOOD COlfri.OL DISTRICT, a body corporate, cre4ted by the Acts
of the Legislature of Florida, 1949, with its principal office at 901 Evernia
Street, and whose mailing addres. i. Post Office &ox 1671, West Pal. Beach, of
the County of Palm Beach, in th~ State of Florida, of the second part, herein-
after referred to as the grantee.
WITNESSBTH:
That for and in consideration of the sua of One Do\lar and other good
aud valuable considerations iu hand paid by the grantee to the grantor, the
receipt of which 1s hereby acknowledged, the grantor does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the grantee, CENTRAL AND SOU'l'HJtllN FLOllIDA FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, the easement and right for and to the use
and enjoyment of the following described lands situate in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida:
A strip of land 10 feet in width extending throug~ the West
2968 feet of the North one-quarter (N\) of Sectio~ 6, Township
35 South, Range 39 East. Said strip of land lyi~g Northerly
of and Westerly of, parallel, contiguous and a~ measured at
right angles to the following specifically describ~d line:
Commencing at the Northwest (NWO corner of said Sec-
tion 6, bear South O. 19' 32" East, along the West
line thereof, a distance of 213.64 feet; Thence, South
890 39' 08" East, a distance of 75.01 feet to the
point of beginning; Thence, continue South 89. 39' 08"
East, a distance of 1228.29 feet; Thence, South 890
14' 50" E~st, a distance of 1665.00 feet; Thence, North
00 45' 10" West, a distance of 80 feet and the end of
the s~ecifically described line.
The East 10 feet of the right of way for Godwin Road in Section
6, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, said 10 foot strip of land
lying Westerly of, parallel, contiguous and as measured at right
angles to the following speCifically described line:
