of twenty-five (25) acres more or less, and also
excepting therefrom a strip of land r~nning east

described in a conveyance (~arranty Deed) ~o Central

St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records, affectinb
the aforesaid Sections 35 and 3b in Township 37
South, Range 38 East; but including the lands re-
cQnveyed by Qu1tclaifrl Deed from Central ar.d Southern
Fl~da Flood Control District as. in Deed Book 229,
page 19, st. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.
The premises shall be sold and conveyed subject to all of the
matters set forth in Article I hereof, entitled "Sale and Purcnase,
of Real Estate.
1. ~8 part of said sale, Seller agrees to transfer to
Purchaser at the closing ~l~ of its right, title and interest in
and to a joint and non-exclusive use under that certain eas~ment
dated May 31, 1957 between Circle M. Ranch, Inc. and Office
Building Investments, Inc. only insofar as said easement affects
the aforesaid Sections 25, 26, 35 and 36, Township 37 South,

any rights that the owner of said Sections may have concerning the;
aforesaid sixty (60) acres 1n the Southwest corner of Section 2~,

I reserving for the Seller any and all rights it may have in said
