Any bond or note and mortgage to be g1ven hereunder shall

ing fees and pay for and affix to such instrument any and all
documentary stamps that may be necessary. The purchase money
mortgage shall contain the usual accelerat10n clauses.
3. The purchase money mortgage shall provide that upon the
