Upon bein~ so notified, purchaser shali have a
period of ten (10) days from the date of mailing ,of such notice

If purchaser elects so to purchase the property,
he shall do so within ten (10) days from the date of mai~ing of
said notice, by delivering to Seller a written notice delivered
personally or by Registered Mail at the above address or any such
other address as may be given to the purchaser by Seller, that
the purchaser is electing to meet the offer as aforesaid, and
such written notice shall be accompanied by cash or by cashier's
check drawn on a National bank doing business in the state of
Florida at that time, to Seller in the amount of the cash paJwent
required as a deposit on contract under the terms pursuant to
which the purchaser has elected to purchase the said property.
