That the said John Springthorpe died on August 2~, 19~9, and at \he time of his de.th,
was a resident of St. Lucie County, FloxJda, that Pansy V. Sp~lnghotpe qualified and
is acting as Executrix of the said estate, that the decedent at the tiae of his death
was seized of certain real property in St. Lucie County, Flo~ida and pursuant to an
Order of Partial Distribution entered on March 24th, 1961, the P.rty of the First Part -
has granted, bargained and hereby conv(ys to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs,
and assigns forever, the followIng described land, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to witt
Lot 10, Block 18, of tORT PIEOCE .
BEACH SUBOIVISION
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1961 and
all subsequent years;

SUBJECT to conditions" limitations,
restrictions of record, easements

and all applicable ordinances~
and PA~Y V. SPRINGTHORPE, as Executrix of the Estate of J hn Springthorpe, deceased,
hereby conveys all right, title and interest of the said Estate in the said real
esta(e to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREO~, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
set her hand and seal as such Executrix, the day and year last above written.
