AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR DEED
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR DEED. made and entered into this
27th day of April, 1~S9, by and between FRANK LUPO, and MARY LUPO, hi!
wife, as partie~ of the first part, and JOHN KRYSTOPHER, as party of
the second part.
WHEHEAS the parties hereto did enter into ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
dated the 14th day of Novemb~r, 1958, wherein and whereby parties of
the first part agreed to convey to JOHN KRYSTOPHER and MARGARET RUTH
NtYSTOPHER, his wife, a certain lot of land in Saint Lucie County,

florida, described in Agreement for Deed dated November 4th, 1958.
.A:'D WHSRE.AS Margaret Ruth Krystopher, the wife of JOHN KRYSTOPHER,
is now deceased, and JOHN KRYSTOPHER is the holder and owner of said

ND WHSR;::AS parties of the first part have caused to be prepared
a corrected Plat of said unrecorded plat, wherein and whereby the
width of said LUPO DRIVE is established as 60 feet in lieu of SO feet
as s~own on said unrecorded Plat attached to the ARTICLES OF AGREEW~NT
dated ~~ovember h, 1958. Said corrected Plat being recorded under clerks
file # 74S49 Deed Book 247 page~ 353-356 St. Lucl~'County records.
~IT~ESS~TH that for and in consideration of One Dolla~ ($l.OO)
paId by eacn party to this A!AENDMENT to the other party hereto, and
other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto do now
covenant and a9ree as follows:
1. The width of LUpa DRIVE shall he 60 feet as shown on
the cor~ected Plat attached ~erelo;
that the width of said LUPO

shall be kept open at all times as a public road and passageway for
