WITN~SSETH, That if the sald ?arty of the second part shall
first make the payments and parform the covenants hereinafter mcn-

of ground situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of florida,

Beginning at the point of intersection of the North
boundary llne of Lot 258 of amended plat of .\ETNA
PARK SUBDIVISiON, .8 per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, at page 41 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florid~, and the West R/W line
of U. S. Highway No.1, thence run West alony the
North boundary line of said Lot 258 a distance of
327 feet to the point of beginning; thence run
South parallel to the West R/W line of U. s.
Highway No.1, a distance of 136 feetJ thence
run West, parallel to the North houndary line of
said Lot 256, a distance of 15 feetJ thence run
North parallel to the West R/W line of U. S.
Highway No.1, a distance of 136 feet, more or
less, to the North Boundary line of said Lot
258} thence run East along the North boundary
line of said Lot 258 a distance of 75 feet to the

The above delcribed tract being Lot 13, leas the
Sputh 5.25 feet thereof of that certain unrecorded
plat of "A SubdiviSion of Lots 257 and 258 of
Am8nded Plat of ~tna Park Subdivision", a copy
of which Is attached ~.a~d ~de a part of Deed re-
corded in Deed Book 247, page 353-356.
