S. Highway No.1, thence run West alony the North boundary line of said Lot 258 a distance of 327 feet to the point of beginning; thence run South parallel to the West R/W line of U. s. Highway No.1, a distance of 136 feetJ thence run West, parallel to the North houndary line of said Lot 256, a distance of 15 feetJ thence run North parallel to the West R/W line of U. S.
