10. No filling or dredging may be done beyond any lot line, nor shall any cuttin~ of hoat slips or

11. If a lot borders a canal or lake, the bed of the canal or lake and the waters abt)\'c such bed are

and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein,
16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force until Januarv 1. 1968. and shall he
automatically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter unless owners of at least "two-thirds of the lot" in
the development shall. at least six months prior to any such renewal date, aj;!'r('(> in writing to a change in
