run North 201. 8 feet. more or less. along the
West line of South 13th Street to a concrete
monument; from said concrete monument run
North along the West line of South 13th Street
184.95 feet for a point of beginning; thence run
West 138.0 feet; thence run North 61. 65 feet;
thence run East 138.0 feet to the West line of
South 13th Street. thence run South l'1. 65 feet
along the West line of South 13th Street to the
point of beginning. in the City of Fort Pierce.
Saint Lucie County. Florida; said lands being
in Section 9. Township 35 South, Range 40
East, Saint Lucie County. Florida. The beginn-
ing point of reference refers to the Northwest
intersection of S. 13th Street and Delaware
Avenue as the same existed on March 17, 1947.
Before me, the undersigned authority. personally appeared
J. W. WHITICE, who, upon first being duly sworn did ~epose and say that
he is a registered surveyor. having practiced in Saint Lucie County, Flo-
rida, since 19 ~ ~
Affiant further says that on this 6th day of April. A. D. 1961,
at the request of John B. Eichhorn, Jr., he made a physical survey on
tt-e ground of so much of the above legal description PS was necessary to
locate the concrete monument therein mentiuned, and that as a res ult of
such survey this affiant found said concrete monument to be situate in
