same was conveyed to the State of Florida by quit-claim deed from
Augusta C, Killer and Clyde Killer, her husband. to State Road Depart-
ment of Florida, recorded in Deed Book 62, page 502.
Affiant further says that based upon hie findings, the above
legal descripticn as the same was originally conceived and appeared in
the war~ty deed from A. P. Hoeffner, a Bingle man, to ToDiY A.
Hoeffner, Jr., dated March 17, 1941, recorded in Deed Book 133, page
37, St. Lucie County, Florida, records, refers to one and the same con-
crete monument which this affiant has determined to be situate 193.4 feet
North of the Northwest intersection of South 13th Street and Deiaware Ave-
nue, in lieu of the" 20 1. 8 feet, more or less" as set forth ir! said legal
