on file in the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties her~to that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property to the Mortgagee herein, which Mortgagee
shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the said first
mortgage, Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein to comply
witta.:this or the following requirements hereby authorizes the
Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this ~ortgage as
hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property for
a period of two yeaTS from the above date,
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the aLove premises in a state of
repair and cleanlines5 satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property,
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in any way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The Mortgagors further agree to
sign any papers at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which might be necessary to the refinanci~g or
rearranging of said first mortgage.
