PARTIAL RELEASE Of MORTGAGE
KNuW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, IS~~ SHORES, INC.: by Indenture of Mortgage
bearing date the 29th day of Janu~ry A. D. 1957, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in ~~rtgage Book 136, at page 96, granted and con-
veyed unto HENRY S. MORGAN, et ux, et aI, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of an indebtedness
therein described.
AND, WHEREAS, the said ISLAND SHORES, INC., requested
the said Mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation
of said mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE: That the said HENRY S. MORGAN
and BESSIE L. MORGAN, his wife, J. R. ERRETT and MARY H. ERRETT,
his wife j JAMES L. f-icILVAlNE and LILLIAN S. McILVAINE, his wife,
and HERMAN F. BOYER and LEONA M. BOYER, his wife, 3.5 ','lell as in
consideration of the premises as of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, quitclaim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto the
said ISLAND SHORES, INC., its SuccessoD9 and assigns, all that piece
parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
the said Mortgage, to-wit:
Lot l:of Block 4, and Lot 2 of Block 6,
THUMB POINT, as per plat ther.eof on file
in Plat Book 10, at page 79, of the public
records of st. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Bame with the appurtenances
unto the said ISLAND SHORES, INC., its Successors and assigns, forever
freed, exonerated and di8charged of and from the lien of said Mort-
~ge, and every part thereof; provided, a1waye, nevertheless that
nothing therein oontalned shall in anywise impair~ alter or diminish
