valuable considerations, said Grantors do hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remi..<>.e,

SUBJECT TO a certain purchase money mortgage given by
A. J. Cosmetto an~ Cleon Cosmetto to Louis A. Wehle
and Elizabeth R. Wehle, his wife, in the original
principal sum of $205,900.00 with a present unpaid
principal balance of $78,132.00, dated December 17,
1956 and Lecorded on DeceillLer 27, 1956 in Mortgage
Book 133 at page 34, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
