LOT 22 of BLOCK 5 of SOUTHERN PINES SUBQIVISION, a sub-division
of the city of Fort Pierce, Florida, according to plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, Page 68 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
hereir. shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering this property to the Mortgagee herein, which I
~ortgagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the I
~aid first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein
to comply with ~his or the following requirements hereby authorizes/'
the ~ortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
