It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for i~ the first mort9aQ~ now
encumbering this property to the ~ortgagee herein, which Mortga~ee
shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the said first
mortgage. Failure on the part of thr M0rtgagors herein to comply
with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes the
Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against thp. above property
for 8 period ~f two years from the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the hold€r of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at iome later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in any way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The mortgagors further agree to
sitn 8ny papers at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which .ight be necessary to the refinancing or re-arran -
ing of said first mortga~e.
