LOT 1, BLOCK 5, of SCUTIiERN PINES SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 68, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed by and b~tween the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encu~bering this property to the Mortgagee herein, which
~ortgagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein t
comply with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes
the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
hereindfter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
adrlitional encumbrances to be placed against the above prop~rty for
a period of two years from the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of tha first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed tha~ the Mortgagors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this prope~ty in any way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The mortgagors further agree to.
sign any papers at First Federal Savings & Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which might be ~ecessary to the refinancing or re-
arranging of said first mortgage.
