LOT 4, BLOCK S, of SCUlliERN PIN:S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
_ thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 6d, of the Public Recoros
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering this property to the Mortgagee herein, which
Mortgagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors
herein to comply with this or the following requirements hereby
authorizes the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this
mortgage as hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property
for a period of two years from the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in Q state
of repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the
first mortgage on this property in any way so long as it is not
to the financial loss of the mortgagors. Tne mortgagors further
agree to sign any papers at First Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, which might be necessary to the
refinancing or rearranging of said first mortgage.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
