RESOLUTION
VHER~\S, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holdinq 4 publio hearing of whioh due notice was published at
least ten days prior to said hearings and all property owners within
300 feet were notified by mail of said hearlng, has recommended to the
Board of County Comaissio~ers of St. Lucie County, that the herein-
after described request for change in zoninq classification be denied,
and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners ~eld a public
. hearing on said Jequest on the l~th day of April, 1961, after first
publishing 4 notice of said hear~nq in the Ft. Pierce Nevs Tribune
on the 28th day of March, 1961, said date being at least fifteen days
prior to the date of said hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolTed by the Board of County Comais-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting asseabled this 12th day of
