WHEREAS, the st. Lucie County PlanniI\g and Zoning Commission,
after holding public hearings ot which due notice was publi8h~d at
least ten days prior to said hearings and all property owners within
300 teet were notified by mail of said hearings, has recommended to
the Board of County Co..issio~ers of st. Lucie County, that the
hereinatter d.~cribed requests tor changes in zoning classifications
be granted, arid

WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on 8aid recomaendationa on the 12th day of April, 1961,
after firat publishing 4 notice of said hearings in the Fort Pierce
Rews Tribune on the 28th day of March, 1961, said date being at least
15 days prior to the date of said hearing.
HOW, THEREFORE, be it resolTed by the Board of County Com-
miaaioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 12th day of
April, 1961, as follows:
(1) That the zoning of the following described property,
to-vits All that part of Section 17, Township 3. South, Range 40
Eadt, lyinq East uf the ilorida East Coast Railway Com-
pany right-of-way, and all of Fractional Section 16 (ex-
cept the South 445 feet there), Township 34 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
be, and the same ia hereby changed from A-I and R-1C to M-3,
(2) That the z~ninq ~f the following described property,
to-wits B.qin at the SE corner of the SWl of Section 24, Town~hip
35 South, Range 39 E4st, thenc~ run Korth on half S6ction
line 879.5 feet, thence West 200 feet, thence North to
Okeechobee Road, thence Southwesterly along Okeechobae Road
