of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, for and in consideration of the sum

has remised, released and quitcla~med and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim

together with the privilege outside any muuidpality, this date, to explore for and to
mine and develop same. Said privilege to explore, mine and develop is to be c()n-
