of August, A.D. 1954, dud recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State at Florida, in Mortg~ge Book 110, Page ~19,
granted and conveyed unto WILLIAM D. SHARRETT and MARY E. SHARRETT J his wife, and
RUTH GLE"~, and ~scigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the
payment of the sum of THREE mnmRED T'fjrENTY -ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HlJ1'ffiRED FIFTY DOLLARS
($321,750.00), with interest as therein mentior,ed:
AND ....THEREAS THE SAID GF..NERAL DEVELOPMEN'::' CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
the present owner of the property described in the above mortgage, requested the said
WILL.I.AM D. SHARRETT Alt'D MARY E. SHARRErT, his w~__fe, and RlITH GLEN, to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, 1'~om ihe lien
a~d operation of said Mortgage:

SHARRETT, his wife, and RUTH GLEN as well in consideration of the premises as of

at the time of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does
hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgage unto the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT COF.PORATION, a Delaware corporation,
its successors and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:
Lata 5, 12, and 13, Block 39j Lots 33 and 34, Block 40, River
Park, Unit Four, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 11, at Page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
and
Lots 22 thru 28 both inclusive, Block 48; and all of Block 54,
River Park, Unit Five, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
All land being and lying in st. Lucie County, Florida,
TO a~VE AND TO HOLD ~h~ same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corpora~ion, its successors and assigr.s,
forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof} Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining pert of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
releas~d therefrom, or any of the rights and re~edies of the holder hereof.
